Every Navy Sloth order is carefully wrapped and packed by me from my home in Cardiff, Wales.

Delivery Costs

I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most orders (excluding greeting cards), providing tracking and a signature or delivery photo for peace of mind.

  • Prints: £8
  • Tea Towels & Coasters: £6.50
  • Greeting Cards: £1.80 (Royal Mail First Class)

If you’re local to Cardiff, I’m more than happy to hand-deliver your order free of charge, or you’re welcome to collect it by arrangement.

Dispatch Times

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for me to carefully prepare your order for dispatch. If I expect any delays, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Returns

Buying original artwork online can feel like a leap of faith. It’s completely understandable to wonder whether a painting will look exactly as you imagined or feel right in your home.

If, for any reason, you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer rights. Please contact me first so we can arrange the return.

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (or an equivalent tracked and insured service), as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives safely back with me.

Once I have received the artwork in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of both the item and the packaging so I can resolve the issue quickly.
