Rental Terms & Conditions
Thank you for selecting my art to rent, it really means a great deal to me. All of my paintings are unique, with many hours taken to create each piece, using skills aquired over the past 20+ years as an artist. I’m extremely proud of my art and the level of quality I provide.
I am an artist who rents out my original paintings and you can therefore expect the same quality artwork as someone purchasing my art. The same care goes into creating and delivering each piece. I would therefore expect the rentee to respect and protect my artwork during its time in your possession.
Please read the following terms and conditions
- Renting a painting from Navy Sloth is for a minimum of 3 months. You will be contacted 2 weeks prior to the contract end date where you can choose to either end the contract or continue for another fixed period.
- Should you wish to purchase the painting this can be done after the initial three months (I’ll even reduce the price of the painting as a thank you).
- It is your full responsibility to ensure the painting is stored and displayed correctly and handled with care always. It is also your responsibility to return the painting in the same condition you received it and package it correctly to ensure it is delivered safely back to me.
- If the painting is damaged within your care or during the return delivery you will be expected to pay for the painting in full
